Nikita acts as company secretary to a number Singapore private companies and provides a full suite of corporate secretarial services to a broad range of Singapore incorporated entities. She communicates directly with clients and advises them on company formations and all aspects of statutory administration and annual compliances required under the Singapore Companies Act.

Nikita has worked in various established corporate service providers in Singapore and Malaysia  involving administration of Singapore and Malaysia public listed, private companies and government linked companies.
