Nikita Gunnery

Nikita has extensive experience in the provision of corporate secretarial services to Irish and Cayman Islands domiciled investment funds, specialising in the coordination and attendance at board and shareholder meetings, preparation of minutes and communication with board of directors on all aspects of company secretarial and corporate governance matters.  Nikita also has over 10 years Irish funds experience.

Previously, Nikita worked with another global provider of fund and corporate administration services.  Prior to this she held positions in both an international and domestic law firm where she gained a well-rounded experience in several areas of law which included, litigation, personal injury, conveyancing, probate and debt collection in addition to corporate governance.
