OVERVIEW

Matthew is an associate of Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's London office.   He has a particular focus on fund financing and also has broad experience advising major investment banks, corporates, sponsors and other financial institutions on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional financing and other transactions, including acquisition and leveraged financings, divestments, project financings, corporate loans and restructurings.

BACKGROUND

Matthew joined the Maples Group in 2022.  Prior this, Matthew was an associate at Slaughter and May, with a broad finance and corporate practice.
