Jorge Perez

OVERVIEW

With more than 20 years of international experience, Jorge has driven global solutions for middle and back office operations for financial institutions, management companies, investment funds, securitisation vehicles, private equity and real estate funds, and corporate and trust structures. He has significant knowledge and has provided thought leadership on the impact and implementation of regulatory and compliance requirements for capital markets, AIFM and fund administration, and corporate and trust business.

As a leader, Jorge believes in fostering a culture of trust, teamwork and excellence, with teams working together to deliver exceptional service and results to clients.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Jorge worked at Amicorp Group as Group Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director Capital Markets.  He also worked at TMF Group where he was a member of the senior leadership team and held the positions of Global Head Accounting and Tax Compliance Services and Managing Director Real Estate and Capital Markets. Prior to this, Jorge was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Luxembourg overseeing the audit-accounting and regulatory compliance requirements of multinationals, banks, management companies, PSF, investment funds and securitisation vehicles in Luxembourg and abroad, including secondments in Asia, Europe and the US.
