OVERVIEW
Jamieann provides corporate secretarial services to a wide variety of investment funds, holding companies and SPVs in the Cayman Islands. She has over 22 years of experience in supporting legal professionals and providing corporate administration services for a wide range of funds.
BACKGROUND
Previously, Jamieann worked as a Legal Secretary in the Corporate Funds department at Dillon Eustace LLP, where she also assisted with the corporate administration and management of a large portfolio of entities. Prior to this, she held the post of Legal Assistant in the banking and finance and business, energy and tax departments at M. Hamel-Smith & Co. and as a Paralegal at Capital Signal Company Limited, both in Trinidad & Tobago. Jamieann was employed as Executive Legal Secretary in the investment funds division at Conyers Dill and Pearman and Harneys in the Cayman Islands. Jamieann began her legal career at the Kelvin Ramkissoon Law Chambers where she gained a well-rounded experience in several areas of law which included corporate, litigation, family and real estate practice.
