OVERVIEW
Gemma provides corporate secretarial services to a wide variety of investment funds, holding companies and SPVs in the Cayman Islands, BVI, Ireland and the US, with extensive previous experience providing support to ICAVs, UCITS, QIAIFs and property management companies in Ireland. Gemma also acts as relationship manager for her portfolio and as one of the main points of contact for the client companies, their Board of Directors and service providers. She specialises in the coordination of attendance at board and shareholder meetings and the preparation of minutes and communication with boards of directors on all aspects of company secretarial and corporate governance matters.BACKGROUND
