OVERVIEW
Diana has over 15 years' experience in the provision of corporate secretarial services, and she manages a portfolio of Singapore private entities. Diana is responsible for all aspects of work relating to the establishment, maintenance, striking off and/or winding up of Singapore entities. She communicates directly with clients and advises them on Singapore company formations, statutory administration and annual compliances.
BACKGROUND
Previously, Diana was involved with the administration of Singapore listed and private companies with Boardroom Corporate Advisory Services Pte. Ltd. for five years before embarking on a private trust administration role with reputable independent trustees for the past six years. Prior to this, Diana worked at TMF Trustees Singapore Limited as a Trust Manager.
