Clarice Diaz

OVERVIEW

Clarice provides corporate secretarial and board support services to a wide variety of investment funds, holding companies and SPVs in the Cayman Islands.  She has over 10 years of experience providing corporate administration services for a wide range of funds. 

BACKGROUND

Previously, Clarice worked as a Client Relationship Officer at the Intertrust Group, where she provided a range of registered office and corporate administration services and management of a large portfolio of entities.  Prior to this, Clarice worked as a Corporate Assistant in the Maples Group's structured finance department.  In this role, she provided administrative support to a large team of fiduciaries acting for companies engaging in structured finance transactions including structured note issues, notes programmes and CLOs / CDOs
