Areas of Expertise
Cian is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. He advises on the establishment, authorisation, operation and regulation of Irish regulated funds including UCITS and AIFs. He also advises fund service providers including administrators, investment managers, depositaries, AIFMs and counterparties.
Cian joined the Maples Group as an associate in 2019 having previously worked as an associate at a leading Irish corporate law firm
