OVERVIEW

Christina provides corporate secretarial and governance services to a wide range of Irish domiciled investment fund and investment management structures.  Christina has extensive, prior experience in providing corporate secretarial services to Cayman Islands domiciled investment funds also, including the co-ordination and attendance at board and shareholder meetings, the preparation of minutes and communication with boards of directors on all aspects of company secretarial and corporate governance matters.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Christina worked for another international corporate services provider in the Cayman Islands where she provided enhanced board support services to a large portfolio of international clients as well as acting as relationship manager for a number of clients within that portfolio.  Prior to that, Christina practised as an attorney specialising in commercial litigation in a leading UK law firm.
