Brendan Byrne

Brendan has extensive experience in the provision of corporate administration and governance services to both regulated and licensed Irish domiciled investment funds and corporate entities.  He specialises in the management and coordination of a substantial team of professionals which provides services to a portfolio of in excess of 1,000 active Irish domiciled entities including the coordination of and attendance at directors’ and shareholders’ meetings, the preparation of minutes, communication with boards of directors and other relevant stakeholders on all aspects of Irish company and ICAV law and the maintenance of good corporate governance standards.

Brendan previously worked at the Maples Group and worked at two other global providers of corporate administration services and a specialist funds law firm in Dublin.
