Areas of Expertise
Ben is an associate with the Commercial Property team and advises on all aspects of commercial property transactions including property financing, the acquisition and disposal of investment property, and all property aspects of corporate transactions.
Ben also advises on issues of commercial landlord and tenant law and has experience in drafting, negotiation and provision of advices in respect of leases from both a landlord and tenant perspective.
Ben joined the Maples Group in 2015 as part of the successful Professional Internship Programme, before accepting a traineeship with the firm in 2017. Ben joined the Commercial Property team upon qualifying as a solicitor in 2020.
Ben was awarded the Nora White Prize for the highest mark in the Commercial & Complex Property Transactions examination in the Law Society 2017 Professional Practice Course Part II exams in 2019.
