OVERVIEW

Barbara is an associate in Maples and Calder's Finance team in the Maples Group's Dubai office.

Barbara has experience in advising issuers, corporates and financial institutions on a range of international capital markets, securitisation and finance transactions. Barbara also advises on general Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands corporate and commercial matters.

BACKGROUND

Barbara joined the Maples Group in 2022. She previously worked in the securitisation team at Ashurst and trained and qualified at Clifford Chance.
