OVERVIEW
Vivian is of counsel of the Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. Her practice covers corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, securities issues, private equity, pre-IPO restructuring and financing, initial public offerings and listing of shares of Cayman Islands companies in Hong Kong and the United States and general corporate and commercial transactions. Vivian also advises on debt capital market transactions and general corporate lending transactions.BACKGROUND
Vivian joined the Maples Group in 2018. She was previously an Associate at Mayer Brown in Hong Kong and Paul Hastings in Hong Kong. Vivian is a native Cantonese speaker and is fluent in Mandarin.LANGUAGES SPOKEN
