OVERVIEW

Juno is a partner of Maples and Calder's Corporate team in the Maples Group's Hong Kong office. Her practice covers a broad range of corporate and finance matters involving Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands companies, including private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, pre-IPO financings, reorganisations and restructurings, debt capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financings with a particular focus on initial public offerings and listing of shares of Cayman Islands companies in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the US and acting in private equity preferred share financing transactions for the most promising technology start-ups and unicorns.  Juno is a trusted advisor who regularly advises major listed corporations, household known conglomerates, financial institutions, SOE and private companies on general corporate and commercial transactions of all types. She is recommended as a key lawyer by The Legal 500.

BACKGROUND

Juno joined Maples and Calder in 2010 and was promoted to partner in 2021. She previously worked for K&L Gates in Hong Kong. Prior to that, she worked for Formosa Transnational in Taipei, Taiwan. Juno is a native Mandarin speaker.
