The updated guidance includes updates for changes in BVI’s beneficial ownership regime during 2025, expanded detail in areas which have developed over recent months, including applications for exemption from disclosure and legitimate interest access to beneficial ownership, and other helpful clarifications of the filing requirements under BVI’s beneficial ownership regime.
