Yan is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Funds & Investment Management team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. She advises on restructuring, fund formation and ongoing compliance on a range of investment funds, including both open-end funds and closed-end funds.
Yan joined the Maples Group in 2025. She previously worked with King & Wood Mallesons (Hong Kong) in the investment funds practice and another offshore law firm.
