Thecla Kamphuijs

With over 30 years in the fiduciary services industry, Thecla brings extensive experience in global entity management, corporate governance and directorship services for multinationals, publicly listed companies, private equity firms and asset managers. She specialises in company secretarial, board support and directorship services, and as Head of Fiduciary Services she oversees the Netherlands office.

Before joining the Maples Group, Thecla held senior positions at TMF Group. Prior to that, Thecla worked many years at Intertrust Group, where she managed regional fiduciary services teams in the Netherlands, established the group’s representative office in São Paulo, and served as a director on the boards of directors of Netherlands client companies.
