Areas of Expertise
Shane is an associate in Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. Shane advises on a wide range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investments, corporate restructurings and shareholder matters.
Shane joined the Maples Group in 2022 having trained in a large Irish corporate law firm and qualified into the corporate department.
2021 – Admitted as a Solicitor in Ireland by the Law Society of Ireland
