Rowana-Kay is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She has experience in domestic and cross border insolvency and restructuring issues (including schemes of arrangement), contentious and non-contentious liquidations, and trust disputes. Rowana also has experience in civil litigation matters.
Rowana-Kay joined the Maples Group in 2024. She previously worked in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution department at another law firm in the Cayman Islands and in Bermuda. Rowana also worked at a prominent law firm in Saint Lucia where she practised civil and commercial litigation before the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court including the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal divisions).
Rowana-kay is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA), IWIRC, RISA (Cayman Islands) and INSOL.
