Rita Marie Ritrovato has over 25 years of experience in the corporate trust industry, providing relationship management services to global corporate and institutional clients. She has deep expertise across structured finance, corporate and municipal debt, equipment finance, bankruptcy and default, and restructuring. Throughout her career, she has focused on onboarding and managing transactions, with proven ability to manage documentation review and negotiation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and collaborating closely with counsel and stakeholders.

Rita Marie joined Maples Group in 2025 and provides fiduciary and independent director services to a range of investment products. Prior to her current role, she spent 18 years as Vice President and Relationship Manager at Wilmington Trust, N.A. (successor by merger to M&T Trust Company of Delaware), where she managed a large portfolio of trust accounts across asset-backed securities, municipal debt and corporate debt, and equipment finance.
