Areas of Expertise
Quentin is an associate of Maples and Calder (Luxembourg)’s Funds & Investment Management team at the Maples Group. He assists asset managers, fund promoters, depositary banks and institutional investors in the structuring, setting up, operation, acquisition, merger and liquidation of Luxembourg regulated investment fund structures including UCITS, specialised investment funds (SIF), venture capital funds (SICARs) and unregulated investment vehicles (including reserved alternative investment funds – RAIFs and Luxembourg limited partnerships).
Quentin also advises asset managers and PSF on the implementation of, and compliance with, the EU AIFM Directive in Luxembourg. Furthermore, he advises investors regarding fund due diligences and assists in the area of fund financing.
Quentin joined the Maples Group in 2022. Prior to joining the Maples Group he was associate in a Luxembourg global and specialised law firm in the funds and investment management practice.
