Quentin is a partner of Maples and Calder’s Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office.
Quentin’s practice covers all aspects of traditional financial / commercial disputes (including investment fund disputes and distressed situations), digital assets, technology disputes (including trade secret, software, licensing, and IP), commercial litigation, arbitration, and insolvency matters. He also has extensive experience in relation to family offices and advising ultra-high net worth individuals on contentious trusts matters. As a former Silicon Valley developer, he has a particular interest and experience in digital assets, AI, IP, and privacy.
Quentin joined the Maples Group in 2021. He previously was a barrister in both London and Australia.
