Paul Wymes

Paul has extensive experience in the provision of corporate administration and governance services and entity management services to Irish domiciled investment fund vehicles, management companies and structured finance entities.  He specialises in coordinating and attending directors and shareholders’ meetings, the preparation of minutes, the communication with boards of directors on relevant aspects of Irish company law, corporate governance and corporate secretarial matters. Paul is also a qualified solicitor.

Previously, Paul worked at Northern Trust as Vice President in their corporate secretarial department.  Prior to this he worked at Dillon Eustace.
