Olivia Shanks

Olivia is an experienced professional director with over 15 years’ experience in offshore financial services, specialising in governance for private equity, private credit, real estate and structured finance vehicles, with extensive Cayman Islands and Jersey experience.

Previously, Olivia served as a director at Mourant Governance Services where she worked in both their Jersey and Cayman office. Prior to this, she held client facing positions within leading offshore law firms, advising on the establishment, ongoing operation and closure of alternative investment structures. She began her professional journey in the legal and governance sector in London.
