Niky Jagdish Lalwani

Niky is a customer and client relationship management specialist with strong expertise in new client onboarding and operational processes. He brings a high level of commercial acumen developed across multiple industries, including Banking, Financial Services, and Telecommunications. His experience spans a diverse client base, including individuals, joint accounts, trusts, institutions, discretionary portfolio managers (DPMs), SPVs/SPCs, family offices, custodians/nominees, and fund administrators.

Niky has experiences as a supervisor in the Investor services team at the Maples Group, gaining strong expertise in investor onboarding, global KYC and AML compliance, and ongoing account and regulatory reporting. His role involved supporting private equity, real estate, and hedge fund structures, overseeing fund set‑ups, investor transactions, payments processing, and the maintenance of fund and investor data.

Previously, Niky gained over ten years’ experience in customer and client relationship management at Amazon and du Telecom, with earlier experience at Standard Chartered Bank as a client fulfilment officer.
