Migle Kunigenaite

Migle has over 14 years’ experience in the corporate legal and governance field and has extensive experience in managing multinational corporate clients and coordinating complex global corporate projects.  Additionally, she has vast knowledge of corporate secretarial and governance requirements and cultural business differences worldwide (EMEA, Americas, APAC).

Previously, Migle worked in the legal in-house department of a US listed multinational company.  Prior this, she worked for several global corporate service providers, including one of the big four accounting firms.
