Michael is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. He advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment fund formations, entity structuring and ongoing administration of Cayman Islands vehicles, and regulatory compliance.
Michael joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2024, having previously completed summer internships with the firm. Prior to joining the Maples Group, he gained experience at another international law firm in the Cayman Islands and in banking operations at the Butterfield Group.
Michael is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA).
