Michael is a legal manager in Maples and Calder’s finance team in the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office. He advises both lenders and borrowers in a range of debt finance matters, including secured lending and refinancing, acquisition and leveraged financing, fund finance (subscription-line and NAV/hybrid facilities), asset finance and debt capital markets transactions.
Michael joined the Maples Group in 2024. Prior to that, Michael practised as a finance associate in the Hong Kong office of another offshore law firm.
