Max is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Corporate team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. He advises a wide range of clients, from start-ups to publicly listed companies at all stages of their business cycle. Max’s experience involves all aspects of corporate and commercial work, including advising on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, primary and secondary capital market raisings, corporate restructures and corporate governance and regulatory matters.
Max joined the Maples Group in 2018. He previously worked for Hall & Wilcox, Dentons and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in Australia. Max has been recognised as a Trailblazer on The Australasian Lawyer’s Hot List.
