Matt is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. Matt has experience advising corporates, sponsors and financial institutions on a wide range of multi-jurisdictional financing transactions.
Matt joined the Maples Group in 2024. Prior to joining, he worked at Chapman Tripp in New Zealand and Kirkland & Ellis LLP in London.
