Mark is an Of Counsel in Maples and Calder’s investment funds team in Jersey. He has considerable expertise providing Jersey law and regulatory advice on a wide range of funds, corporate and finance transactions including fund formation and structuring, financial services business, carried interest programmes, real estate finance, fund finance and real estate M&A (including JPUT acquisitions).
Mark joined Maples in 2026. Prior to joining, he was a Senior Associate at another international law firm in Jersey, where he practised since 2014. Mark originally trained and qualified as a Scots law solicitor at Shepherd and Wedderburn.
