Marieke van Driel

Marieke serves as Assistant Vice President within the Middle East Fiduciary Services team, based in the Abu Dhabi office at ADGM. She oversees a diverse client portfolio of over 100 entities across jurisdictions, including ADGM, DIFC and Cayman Islands. Her responsibilities include managing regulatory filings with ADGM and DIFC to ensure entities remain in good standing. Additionally, she plays an active role in establishing new entities for both existing and prospective clients and supports the re-domiciliation of Cayman and BVI entities to ADGM or DIFC.

Marieke brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry with a strong focus on corporate, legal and governance services. Before joining the Maples Group in 2023, she held various roles in legal and corporate services in the Netherlands (from 2004 to 2013), followed by positions in Bahrain and Abu Dhabi.
