Leveraging his background in corporate governance and meeting support, Madison assists a broad range of clients with board support services. He is a qualified barrister and solicitor (Canada, non-practicing), and has significant experience supporting hedge fund, family office, and digital asset clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Madison provides a full range of company secretarial services to a wide variety of investment funds, private equity funds, unit trusts, holding companies and SPVs in the US, Cayman Islands, Ireland and British Virgin Islands. Madison specialises in the coordination of attendance at board and shareholder meetings and the preparation of minutes and communication with boards of directors on all aspects of corporate secretarial and corporate governance matters.
Madison relocated to the Cayman Islands in 2019 and subsequently held senior board support and corporate governance roles with a large professional services firm. Prior to relocating to Cayman, he practiced civil litigation in Alberta, Canada, specialising in insurance defence and aviation matters. He has also served as a logistics officer in the Canadian army.
