Lisa Donalds

Lisa provides corporate secretarial services to a wide variety of entities, such as investment funds, SPACs, SPVs and holding corporations.  She is knowledgeable on a wide variety of corporate governance tasks, such as the preparation of board minutes, hosting AGM / EGM meetings, the provision of advice on issues pertaining to corporate governance and the management of relationships with stakeholders.

Previously, Lisa worked in the legal services industry and the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority where she obtained a breadth of experience regarding corporate governance.
