Linval provides independent director services on special purpose vehicles involved in structured finance transactions, including securitisations, CLOs, asset finance, and notes programmes. He has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, spanning audit, accounting, and independent director and administration services.
Linval previously held a similar role at another major fiduciary services provider. Prior to this, he worked at Maples Group, both as an independent director and within the Fund Accounting department, where he oversaw the administration of a portfolio of hedge funds, single manager funds, private equity vehicles, and other structures. Linval began his career at KPMG in Jamaica, specialising in accounting and assurance services across a broad range of industries, including financial services, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and healthcare.
