Laura is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Regulatory & Financial Services team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She provides advice on a board range of regulatory issues including automatic exchange of information obligations, compliance with the anti-money laundering, counter-terrorist financing and proliferation financing regime, beneficial ownership and Cayman Islands Monetary Authority licensing and registration applications.
Laura joined the Maples Group in 2023. She previously worked for another international law firm in the Cayman Islands, and prior to that, was based in Perth, Australia.
