Laeticia Staudt Colaneri

Laeticia is an associate of Maples and Calder (Luxembourg)’s Corporate team at the Maples Group.  Her expertise includes corporate restructuring, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Laeticia joined the Maples Group in 2018.  She previously worked in the Corporate / M&A group of AMMC Law.  Prior to that, Laeticia worked for several years in a major law firm and in a trust company in Luxembourg, and was also legal counsel for a major telecommunication group.
