Kristelle Falconer

Kristelle provides corporate secretarial services to a wide variety of entities, such as investment funds, SPACs, SPVs and holding corporations.  She is knowledgeable on a wide variety of corporate governance tasks, such as the preparation of board minutes, hosting AGM / EGM meetings, the provision of advice on issues pertaining to corporate governance and the management of relationships with stakeholders.

Previously, Kristelle was responsible for overseeing the registration of directors with a large fiduciary firm in accordance the Director Registration and Licensing Act.  In addition, she has a wealth of experience in the management of a diverse variety of corporate governance functions.
