Kimberly serves as an independent director on a variety of alternative investment funds. Kimberly has over a decade of experience within the Cayman Islands financial services industry, with expertise in various governance and fiduciary models across a broad range of fund and service provider structures.
Previously, Kimberly was employed with Brown Brothers Harriman in the Cayman Islands,where she was central to their legal and fund governance pillars overseeing a large portfolio of unit trusts and globally based service providers. Kimberly also spent six years with Waystone Governance Ltd. within their fund governance team based in the Cayman Islands. Throughout her tenure, Kimberly worked on a broad portfolio of investment strategies and fund structures, addressing complex client needs.
