Kesha is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Dispute Resolution & Insolvency team in the Maples Group’s British Virgin Islands office. She specialises in commercial litigation, insolvency, contentious trust disputes and non-contentious probate matters. She has considerable experience in various offshore jurisdictions, having also practised in Guernsey and Jersey (Channel Islands). Kesha has considerable advocacy experience including commercial court applications, hearings in the High Court, Commercial Court and Court of Appeal and interim applications.
Kesha joined the Maples Group in 2018. Prior to joining, she trained and practised at a leading international firm in their offices in Guernsey, Jersey and the British Virgin Islands.
