Kelly Devine

Kelly specializes in the administration of structured finance, private debt and private equity transactions, holds a number of board positions on active and complex deals and has a particular fondness for developing key client relationships.

Kelly worked previously for Mourant Fiduciary Services in Jersey, and for Intertrust / Ogier / Elian, both in Jersey and Bahrain, where she was also an approved person appointed by the Central Bank to act as Compliance Officer and MLRO for two regulated trust company businesses.
