Kasturi Majumdar

OVERVIEW

Kasturi has experience working with a broad range of investment funds and private equity vehicles. She also has extensive knowledge of structured finance vehicles, both in capital markets and structured asset finance, including asset securitisation, structured products, aviation and extends to various multi-jurisdictional bespoke financial solutions.

BACKGROUND

Previously, Kasturi worked for Fine Grain Property Pte Limited where she managed all finance, investment and fiduciary related matters of the business. Prior to this, she worked for the Maples Group in Ireland, managing a team of accountants and overseeing administration and management of a number of structured finance vehicles. Kasturi also worked for KPMG advising financial services clients in tax compliance and advisory projects, as well as an aircraft leasing company where she managed all finance and tax matters.
