Areas of Expertise
Justyce is an associate of Maples and Calder’s Finance team in the Maples Group’s Cayman Islands office. She has wide experience advising on all finance transactions including banking, fund financing and structured finance, in particular CLO transactions and Cayman Islands Stock Exchange listings. She also advises on general corporate, commercial and regulatory matters.
Justyce is a Maples Group legal scholarship recipient. She subsequently joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2023. Upon her admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2025, Justyce joined the Finance group in the Cayman Islands office.
Justyce is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA)
