Julian Dunphy

Julian has responsibility for the Maples Group’s aviation and structured finance fiduciary service offering in Dublin. He brings a wealth of experience across a wide variety of aviation structures, from large multi-jurisdictional ABS, JV and aviation fund platforms, to smaller structures and stand-alone vehicles holding multiple or single assets.  He also has a broad range of experience in structured finance transactions, including those involving CLO / CDOs, note and commercial paper programmes, loan securitisations, life settlements, and other bespoke structures.  Julian’s strong background in financial services and extensive experience in acting as a director to a variety of Irish SPVs afford him a commercial and value-add perspective when working with clients, leading to an ability to deliver the highest standards of service and support.

Julian previously worked for a large Dublin-based financial services company before joining the Maples Group in 2008.
