Josemar Irinco

Josemar is a Philippine certified public accountant, with over thirteen years of professional expertise. His extensive experience revolves around financial reporting and financial statement audits for businesses across a wide array of industries, with a primary focus on aviation finance, structured finance, collateralized loan obligation structures, banking and capital markets.

Prior to joining Maples Group in November 2023, Josemar worked as an audit manager at Ernst & Young in Dublin and Philippines (EY-FSO) for over 12 years. In this capacity, he specialised in external audits and the issuance of comfort letters associated with bond and stock offerings for one of the world’s largest aircraft lessors and one of the largest commercial banks in the Philippines. Josemar also contributed as a member of the quality enablement network within EY.
