Areas of Expertise
Jordan is an associate of Maples and Calder and is currently on secondment to the Maples Group’s Hong Kong office from the Cayman Islands. He advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including initial public offerings, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and the formation of investment funds. Jordan also has experience in private equity transactions, fund financing (acting for both lenders and borrowers), structured finance (including CLOs) and insolvency and restructuring matters.
Jordan joined the Maples Group as an articled clerk in 2020. Upon his admission as an attorney-at-law in the Cayman Islands in 2021, Jordan joined the Corporate team.
Jordan is a member of the Cayman Islands Legal Practitioners Association (CILPA), and National Men’s Rugby Union Team.
