Jenny is an Associate in Maples and Calder’s Asset Finance team based in the Maples Group’s Dublin office. Jenny advises lessors, airlines, lease managers, financial institutions and private equity groups on all aspects of aircraft finance and leasing, including multi-aircraft acquisitions and sales, leasing platform establishments, debt finance and security matters, JOLs and JOLCOs, PDP financing and ABS structures.
Jenny joined Maples Group in 2023 as a trainee solicitor and qualified as a solicitor in 2026. Prior to joining Maples Group, Jenny worked in the legal department of Aergo Capital.
