Iryna Vale

Iryna is a Chartered Company Secretary with nearly 20 years’ experience in the company secretarial field.   She provides support with company formations, compliance and governance for businesses throughout their life cycle.  In her role, Iryna both manages the UK corporate secretarial team and provides practical and strategic oversight of the client base, by maintaining excellent client relationships and adopting a flawless and proactive approach to client service.  Iryna was recognised in the Governance HOT 100 2024 in the Relationship Manager category and was featured in Lawyer Monthly in relation to Register of Overseas Entities

Previously, Iryna was the Head of Corporate Secretarial Services UK & Ireland for a major global service provider, in addition to holding various other key roles in the industry.
