Heng is a senior technology leader who drives digital transformation and delivers enterprise scale solutions for complex, multi‑site organizations. He brings deep expertise in financial services technology, translating client data, process, and reporting needs into scalable, high‑impact solutions for our clients.

With a track record of senior leadership roles across institutional investment and asset management environments, Heng designs and implements operating models that strengthen infrastructure, applications, data governance, collaboration platforms, and client service delivery.

Heng joined the Maples Group in 2024, bringing extensive experience shaping technology strategy and delivering large‑scale transformation across complex organizations. Previously, as Chief Information Officer at SOQUIJ, he led the organization’s technology vision, enterprise architecture, and long‑term digital roadmap.

Earlier in his career, Heng spent more than a decade in senior technology leadership roles at the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ), where he led global digital transformation initiatives and modernised enterprise service delivery. He oversaw mission critical web, CRM, cloud, and investment support platforms, enabling scale, resilience, and innovation across a leading global institutional investment organization.
